ALL WorkWeb advertising MUST be paid for in advance using our online Secure Payment Gateway, unless prior arrangements have been made with HIMAA. At the end of your on-line transaction you will be presented with a Tax Invoice which you are asked to print out for your own records. WorkWeb fees are outlined and explained below.

Placing WorkWeb Advertising On-Line for Members & Non-members
Simply complete your payment options HERE, (member or non-member) with your credit card details and you will be presented with a form to complete all details relating to the position you want to post. Acceptable WorkWeb position descriptions are a maximum of half an A4 page. Position descriptions longer than half an A4 page will be returned to the advertiser to be edited.

Posting of Advertisement
We aim to post advertisements by close of business the next working day following receipt.

Recruitment Agencies:
All Positions placed by recruitment agencies on behalf of another company or organisation are charged at the Non-Member rate.

Accounts/Billing for WorkWeb.
If your organisation/hospital/healthcare facility is unable to pay using the online system for WorkWeb advertising, we can bill you. However, we ask you to note that the following terms apply

• Requests/Bookings for WorkWeb advertising must be accompanied by an official Purchase Order. You may submit the request/booking to HIMAA by e-mailing andrewc@himaa.org.au or faxing to 61 2 9887 5895

• WorkWeb advertising placed on a "place now and bill later" basis must be paid in full within 14 days net of the tax invoice date.

• If the advertisement is posted and full payment is not received by HIMAA - we retain the right to delete the unpaid advertisement from our server upon the expiration of 14 days. Subsequently, your account status will revert to full payment in advance for any future advertising.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that advertisements are submitted and paid for before the stated "Application Closing Date" expires. HIMAA cannot assume responsibility for any delays occurring between receiving your purchase order and the receipt of payment for the WorkWeb advertisement.

WorkWeb Fees Explained
Individuals and organisations who are not HIMAA members are charged an administrative fee of AUD$150.00 for each job position (plus a 2% credit card surcharge for Visa, MasterCard and AMEX).

An administrative fee of AUD$50.00 for each job position (plus a 2% credit card surcharge for Visa, MasterCard or AMEX is charged to the employer where the advertisement is placed by a HIMAA member on behalf of the employer. Example: A Medical Record Department Manager in a hospital placing an advertisement for a position within their department (in this case the hospital is the employer, not the MRD manager) and thus the admin fee is payable by the hospital.

No administration fee is charged to HIMAA Organisational Members.

Your vacancy may be made more prominent by having it listed as a "Hot Job". This entails the highlighting of your advertisement together with a special Hot Job Bulletin broadcast nationally to all HIMAA members. Inclusion of your vacancy in "Hot Job " costs AUD$699.00 per job advertisement irrespective of membership.

HIMAA members may submit the vacancy online (available here or clicking the link above).

Non-members must submit their vacancy by completing a downloadable form 
(available here) and return the form to HIMAA by faxing to 61 2 9887 5895. All details on this form must be completed, including payment details, before the vacancy is accepted for publication in WorkWeb. If in ANY doubt about this please contact Lisa on (02) 9887 5014.

Please submit job advertising requests to andrewc@himaa.org.au at least one week prior to your requirement for your job advertisement to be displayed. Note the WorkWeb is updated as and when advertisements are submitted.
