WW1915 Lecturer - ( Part time/Full time) - Curtin University, Perth, W A Pay Rate: Lecturer A or B, depending on experience, Range of $45,000 to $82,000 pa Expressions of Interest The School of Public Health at Curtin University is seeking Expressions of Interest for a position as a Lecturer in Health Information Management for 2009. This position will replace staff on long service leave between the middle of March on a part time basis, with full time commencing in May until the end of December. There may be the possibility of extension. The position duties will include co-ordination of units and teaching in the areas of introductory coding and casemix and management of health record services. It will include involvement in the HIM mentoring program for new students and the coordination and strategic development of the HIM program. This position would suite an experienced HIM professional who is seeking a challenge or change of scene or a relatively new graduate who is looking for an opportunity to develop their experience in educating the next group of health information management professionals.
